The owner and one employee started small and, by providing quality construction and project management, we have carefully grown to an efficient size that can manage large custom projects in a small company way.

Maintain high standards in every aspect of the process. That includes, not only the construction needs, but also the administrative ones. Those administrative needs can be carefully tailored with each project. We are experienced in working within a time and material process, as are the majority of our projects, or within a firm contract structure.
Most importantly, we stress good communication. This is the trait that sets us apart. With the current technologies at our disposal, architects and owners have a clear channel to us throughout the process. We take serious our role as the tool with which the owners and architect are able to shape their vision, thus Omni strives to ensure that all parties involved in the construction applications remain informed and not proceed without clear direction.
